What is the QPIA® and who can benefit from it?

A recent independent study conducted by PIPA found that 96% of property investors would choose an accredited professional over one who isn’t.

The PIPA Accreditation Program has been developed by the Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA) as a recognised benchmark of knowledge and skills for property investment professionals working in property-related sectors.

The program consists of six modules, created by sector experts, and can be completed individually or as a full course.
It is designed to:
  • Equip new professionals looking to expand their personal knowledge of property investment
  • Provide a pathway for those pursuing a career as a Qualified Property Investment Adviser (QPIA®)
